Every feature on every seat. No setup fees, no implementation packages, no consultant army. The price is on the page, and it drops automatically the moment your team reaches ten users.
Your first nine users sit on the standard rate. Every user from ten upwards sits on the team rate. The bill mixes the two so you only pay the standard rate on the seats that genuinely have it.
For solo operators, single-site managers and small teams just getting started.
For multi-site SMEs, care groups, property portfolios and any team of ten or more.
Other vendors hide the report you need behind a higher plan and then bill you for customisation on top. MainMan does not do that. If we build it, you get it.
Drag the slider. The price updates and the breakdown shows how many seats sit at each rate. There is no “well it depends on the modules” small print, because there are no modules.
For comparison: the average mid-market quote sits around £45 per seat per month after the implementation package, premium support tier and advanced analytics add-on. We do not have any of those.
We have gathered the most current publicly available pricing for maintenance and compliance vendors. Where a vendor refuses to publish, we have made our best guess and labelled it as such.
/ Prices in GBP, indicative, current as of mid-2026 from public vendor pages. Quote-only means no public price published; quoted figures vary widely by buyer. Fault Fixers reference: faultfixers.com/pricing.
That is the deal. No secret modules, no surprise add-ons, no “Premium Analytics” package suddenly appearing in your renewal quote. You pay one rate per seat and you get every feature MainMan has, current and future.
If there is a feature you need and we do not have it, tell us. If it is reasonable, we will build it. We do not gate the roadmap by tier and we do not sell premium access to features other customers get for free.
This is how we keep costs low without cutting quality. We do not have a fifteen-person sales engineering team negotiating bespoke contracts. We have a product. The product has a price. You buy it or you do not.
Anyone who logs into MainMan as a named account: managers, engineers, schedulers. External contractors do not need a seat because they are recorded as no-login teams. Work orders are emailed straight to them, free of charge.
Your first nine users sit at £14.99 each per month. From user ten onwards, every additional seat is £9.99 per month. A team of fourteen pays £134.91 for the first nine and £49.95 for users ten to fourteen, totalling £184.86 per month. The split happens automatically and adjusts as you add or remove users.
Really. The product is structured from day one. You upload your assets via CSV, spreadsheet, scan QR labels or paste a brochure into the AI proposer, and you are live the same afternoon. Onboarding calls are included once you reach ten users, but they are a “we’ll walk through it with you” call rather than a six-figure implementation engagement.
Each user’s rate is recalculated when you change your seat count. If your team grows to ten you save automatically, and if it shrinks back to nine you go back to the standard rate. There is no penalty either way.
Both work. Monthly has no lock-in, cancel any time, your data exports to a clean CSV pack. Annual saves an additional ten percent across both rates.
UK and EU. We do not transfer data outside the EEA. Larger customers can choose private cloud or on-prem if they need it for their own compliance requirements.
We really do not. AI is in every seat where it earns its keep, like triage, the propose-structure modal, the compliance form drafts and the plain-English Q&A, and nowhere it does not. We do not sell an “AI Plus” upsell because that is not the product. The product is maintenance and compliance, and the AI just makes it work better.
